After running bootcamps for almost a year, we’ve found two main traps where newer developers get stuck. Either they get stumped and give up before they can make progress, or they zoom through tutorials and books without understanding the foundations of computer science — they’re a mile wide and an inch deep.

Faced with these roadblocks, we interviewed and polled hundreds of successful developers and talked with dozens of hiring companies. Based on their answers, we’ve designed a program to get new students ramped up quickly.
