At Code Fellows we provide those educational, professional, and network tools that we believe will make our students thrive both in the classroom and in the workforce. It’s up to the students to reach out and make the most of those resources.
The most successful Code Fellows are those who are entrepreneurial in spirit and proactive in approach. They actively seek our mentorship; they quickly identify the companies they’d like to work with or jobs they’d like to have. They mentor their peers and aren’t afraid to learn from them in turn. Most of all, they are hungry for self-improvement and are willing to go out and chase every opportunity until they’ve squeezed as much value as they can out of it.
